LEGAL COSTS & CELEBRANT FEES

You are responsible for arranging your legal marriage paperwork and your marriage ceremony with the celebrant of your choice directly.

All payments are made directly to the Registrar and your marriage celebrant.

Whoever conducts your ceremony, you must register your marriage no less than four weeks prior to arrival with our local Registrar.

Please contact our local Registrar, Lorna Wilson directly for more information regarding any legal aspect of your marriage including visa requirements.

Anyone who is free to get married can legally marry in Scotland.
