ABOUT YOUR WEDDING CHEF AT CREAR KITCHEN
Alan Boslem our superstar chef who heads up the talented team at Crear Kitchen, has 25 years experience catering in top hotels and establishments across the UK.
Alan started his apprenticeship at the five star Gleneagles Hotel & left as Senior Sous-Chef, with over 100 chefs reporting to him.
Alan has also been Executive Chef for the biggest catering company in the world, the Compass Group.



ALAN'S CREAR KITCHEN SIGNATURE MENU
Alan's signature menu has been carefully balanced to give a gourmet journey of flavours and textures, perfectly balanced to compliment, however you are also welcome to swap a canapé or dessert to make it perfect for you.

Create your perfect foodie wedding feast choosing from the a la carte menus. Vegan and vegetarian, gluten and dairy free are all easily catered for.
Choose from four canapés and three, four of five courses. You can also add on a few extra canapés!

Vegan and vegetarian, Halal, gluten and dairy free are all easily catered for, along with favourite requests from your younger guests.
