Craig's signature menu has been carefully balanced to give a gourmet journey of flavours and textures, perfectly balanced to compliment, however you are also welcome to swap a canapé or dessert to make it perfect for you.

A TASTING MENU OF FIVE OR SIX COURSES WITH CANAPES

Craigs's Signature Menu perfectly paired with organic and biodynamic wines is included in your Small Gigha Gourmet Wedding package. With a selection of five canapés served with chilled Champagne or Prosecco.

For Small Weddings up to thirty guests, six courses are served. For over thirty, your guests will enjoy five courses plus a selection of five canapés and an evening buffet of Craig's award winning pork and spinach with vegan ricotta warm sausage rolls.
